Billing Specialist:
Our repeat client is dedicated to delivering top-quality construction projects efficiently and effectively. They are looking for a Billing Specialist to oversee invoicing, monitor project costs, and ensure accurate financial reporting.What You'll Do:
- Prepare, review, and submit invoices for construction projects.
- Monitor and manage billable hours, materials, and overall project expenses.
- Collaborate with project managers and accounting teams to ensure billing accuracy.
- Review contracts and change orders to ensure proper invoicing.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and assist with collections.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards.
What You Bring:
- 2 years in construction billing, accounting, or finance.
- High school diploma required; degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of progress billing, AIA billing, and job cost tracking.
- Proficiency in construction billing software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
