Accounts Receivable & Billing Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Billing and invoicing customers at a high volume.
- Coordinating renewals, reviewing agreements, and working closely with the sales team.
- Setting up new clients, entering information, and creating invoices through QuickBooks.
- Assisting with cash flow reporting.
- Troubleshooting and investigating any discrepancies or billing issues.
- Preparing daily cash deposits and filling out cash control sheets.
- Accurately entering finalized cash receipts and updating accounts receivable ledgers by customer.
- Calling customers to update accounts and professionally answering accounts receivable phone inquiries in a timely fashion.
- Filing check stubs and bank receipts.
- Researching and processing customer claims of invoice payment.
- Researching and processing charge backs, returns, and bad checks.
Requirements:
- 2 years of related experience.
- QuickBooks experience is a plus, but not required.
- Basic Excel skills are needed.
- Friendly, team player with strong attention to detail.
- Service industry experience is a plus.
