Accounts Receivable Specialist Responsibilities:
- Post payments from credit cards, cash, ACH, and wire transfers
- Enter finalized cash receipts and update accounts receivable ledgers by customer
- Generate monthly invoices for customers
- Reconcile payments and research customer claims of invoice payment
- Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely manner
- Follow up on outstanding balances and perform collections as necessary
Experience Preferred for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
- Associate's degree or relevant experience
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
