Responsibilities
- Manage complex billing operations:
- Taking orders and converting them to invoices
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Posting cash receipts and performing account reconciliations
- Performing light collections activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Intermediate Excel skills, including formulas and spreadsheets
- Some experience with high-volume accounts receivable functions
- Familiarity with general financial policies, procedures, and billing/invoicing processes
This role is fully onsite at our office in North Canton, OH. Salary range: $45,000 - $50,000 depending on experience.
