About the Role
The firm is seeking an innovative and self-starting Accountant to join our team in a great environment with a positive culture. The ideal candidate will be well-rounded in accounting and able to take initiative.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct monthly and ad-hoc account reconciliations, applying accounting policies, rules, and regulations.
• Prepare financial reports through data collection, analysis, and summarization.
• Assist clients with payroll setup and software usage.
• Support client onboarding, including clean-up and catch-up accounting work.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

This is a fully onsite position in Fairlawn, OH. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
