AP Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to support full-cycle accounts payable in a complex, multi-entity environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing workflows, partnering with internal teams, and maintaining accuracy across a high-volume AP structure. You will support invoice processing, vendor communication, payment execution, and intercompany activities while contributing to an efficient, well-controlled accounting function.

Accounting Specialist – Requirements

• Proven experience handling full-cycle accounts payable in a multi-entity environment
• Ability to process, code, and route invoices accurately
• Experience managing AP inboxes, vendor communication, and workflow across multiple entities
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, including tying subledger to general ledger
• Ability to support payment runs, including checks, ACH, and wires
• Experience with intercompany activity and clearing transactions
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
• Comfort working 100 percent onsite
• Experience with Dynamics GP preferred
• Familiarity with NetSuite and AP workflows integrating with Stamply is a plus

Accounting Specialist – Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting complex organizational structures or family office environments
• Background in multi-entity accounting
• Ability to identify workflow improvements and streamline AP processes
• Strong communication skills for partnering with internal teams and external vendors
