- Manage, train, and mentor the accounting staff to foster growth and efficiency.
- Implement robust internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Take proactive measures to ensure smooth departmental operations.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting activities and lead month-end close processes.
- Active CPA certification.
- Strong experience in Financial Services/Loan Accounting.
- Passionate and driven professional dedicated to achieving excellence.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Salary : $120,000 - $180,000
