What are the responsibilities and job description for the Financial Services Associate (Remote | Commission-Based | Growth-Focused) position at Creative Financial Investments LLC?
We're expanding and looking for motivated, coachable individuals who are interested in building an additional stream of income while helping families make better financial decisions.

You’ll receive training and mentorship to help you learn how to:
- Educate families on financial protection and wealth-building concepts
- Help individuals explore life insurance and retirement strategies
- Build relationships and develop a client base
- Prospect and market professionally
- Develop leadership and communication skills
- Build and grow a financial services business
You do not need previous insurance or financial services experience. Training, mentorship, and ongoing development are provided.
For activities that require an insurance license, candidates will need to obtain the appropriate state license before conducting licensed business.

This is a performance-based opportunity, not a salaried position. Compensation may include commissions and other performance-based compensation based on qualifications, licensing, production, and applicable company guidelines.
Both part-time and full-time paths may be available.
