We’re looking for a part-time Social Media Specialist to join our Cape Girardeau office. The person we are looking for is creative, proactive, and eager to grow within a fast-paced agency environment.
This is an entry-level role (1–3 years experience preferred), with openness to a paid internship for the right candidate. You’ll work closely with our team while taking ownership of day-to-day social media execution across multiple client accounts.
What You’ll Do
- Create and schedule social media content across multiple client accounts
- Capture and produce organic content (photo video) both in-office and on-site with clients
- Write captions that align with each client’s voice, brand, and goals
- Engage with client communities through comments, messages, and interactions
- Monitor performance and identify what’s working (and what’s not)
- Stay up to date on social media trends and bring new ideas to the table
- Collaborate with our internal video and design teams for elevated content execution
What We‘re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in social media, marketing, or content creation (or strong internship experience)
- A self-starter mindset, you don’t wait to be told what to do
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- An eye for content (what looks good, what performs, and what feels authentic)
- Basic experience with content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, or similar)
- Familiarity with social media management platforms (Metricool, Sprout, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a team environment

This role is ~20 hours per week, based in our Cape Girardeau office, with:
- In-office collaboration Monday–Thursday
- Remote Fridays
