What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wholesale Customer Service Representative position at Creative Displays & Designs, Inc?
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing customer service representative to assist our customer's and their clients with placing orders on our busy design show floor. The perfect candidate is someone who is detail oriented, organized, and has some retail experience with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Interacting and assisting customers over the phone, through e-mail, and face to face on the design sales floor
Overseeing and invoicing orders being purchased & picked up from the design sales floor
Placing custom orders & preselling incoming furniture containers
Preparing invoices & paperwork for customer deliveries/pick ups
Answering and directing incoming phone calls
Qualifications:
2 years experience in retail sales or customer service
1 year of general office experience
Be able to work well in a fast paced and team like environment
Familiar with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Experience in furniture retail is desired but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
