What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Associate position at Creative Displays & Designs, Inc?
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Entry-Level Sales Associate to assist our customers and their clients on our Wholesale Design Showroom floor. We are seeking a candidate who is detail oriented, organized, and has some retail experience with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Interacting and assisting customers on the design sales floor
Overseeing and invoicing orders being purchased
Being a touchpoint for designers & placing custom orders
Answering and directing incoming phone calls
-Assisting other sales associates with whatever they need
Qualifications:
Experience in retail sales or customer service
Be able to work well in a fast-paced environment and work as a team
Efficient with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Interest and experience in furniture and interior design is preferred
This role requires the physical ability to bend, lift, and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
