The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Operations Assistant. Reporting directly to the Office Manager and the Assistant Office Manager, you will be a key contributor to our daily operations. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for executing administrative tasks, ensuring project deadlines are met, and upholding the highest standards of data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Task Management: Maintain the daily office rhythm by organizing your assignments, prioritizing effectively, and tracking progress to ensure no deadline is missed.
- Product Lifecycle Oversight: Monitor and track products through each stage of development, cataloging, inventory, updates, and final phase-out.
- Data Integrity & Maintenance: Audit, update, and maintain clean, accurate data across inventory systems, product management databases, and internal platforms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a central point of contact between operations and leadership to resolve administrative bottlenecks quickly.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: You have at least 2 years of experience in office administration, data entry, or project coordination
- Industry Background: Experience working within an e-commerce, retail, or product-based environment is strongly preferred.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Fluent in MS Office, with intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills, including formulas, conditional formatting, data organization, and auditing spreadsheets for accuracy.
- Key Skills: High attention to detail, exceptional organizational abilities, strong problem-solving skills, and clear written/verbal communication.
- Extreme Ownership: You don’t wait for a nudge; you see a task through to completion and take pride in the results.

Pay: $22.22 - $25.00 per hour
