What are the responsibilities and job description for the Entry Level Technical Assistant position at Creative Displays & Designs, Inc?
We are looking for an Entry Level Technical Assistant to oversee and address all our companies basic technical needs. The Entry Level Ecommerce Support person will assist with all basic computer issues, hardware and software related. They will also assist in product performance, product related queries, and all presale and post-sale processes and procedures.
As an Entry Level Technical Assistant you should be able to solve problems while also being able to complete the weekly tasks that were directed in a timely manner. You should be driven to achieve the desired results while being able to achieve specific goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Must be able to work in a fast paced and high energy environment.
- Ability to work between multiple tasks a must.
- Communicate with office manager and ecommerce manager daily to ensure all given tasks are being completed efficiently and effectively.
Skills
- Must be proficient in Excel and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft 10 Operating System.
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software fixes
- Must have the ability to grasp customers' needs and suggest timely solutions.
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A Certification a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
