FT Retail Associate - Kraft C-store 12am-7:30am

Creative Dining Services is hiring for a Retail worker. This role will play a vital role in ensuring the company store is fully stocked, visually appealing and maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation, as well as bringing attention to detail, organization skills and a commitment to excellent customer service to the facility every day.

Location: Kraft-Heinz dining services and company store, 1701 W Bradley Avenue, Champaign, IL 61821

Schedule: Monday - Friday 12:00am (midnight) to 7:30am

Pay range: $17-18.00/hour

Core Responsibilities:

• Under the direction of the Retail Manager, maintains all retail sales activities in all operations
• Complete customer transactions accurately with exceptional customer service
• Stock and restock shelves, display cases, food warmers, etc with food and beverage items in organized, visually pleasing arrangements
• Assemble promotional materials as necessary
• Ensures the servery and retail production area is always safe and sanitary; C.L.E.A.N.Works! program is followed
• Maintain good public relations with all customers, clients, staff, vendors, and the community; achieve high levels of customer and client satisfaction
• Collaborate with Retail Lead and Food Service Director to implement seasonal or promotional displays
• Perform daily cleaning, sanitation tasks
• Ensure the retail space is free of debris, spills or expired products
• Follow all policies and procedures for inventory management, merchandising, sanitation and perform other duties as assigned.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Retail sales experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Cash handling, Point-Of-Sale system experience
• Self-starter
• Customer focused
