What You'll Do

As Food Service Director, you'll oversee all aspects of campus dining operations while creating an environment where students, guests, and team members feel valued.

You'll:

• Lead and inspire the onsite management team and dining staff
• Deliver delicious, high-quality meals that students look forward to every day
• Build strong relationships with campus leadership and the college community
• Manage budgets, financial performance, purchasing, and labor costs
• Ensure excellence in food quality, safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
• Develop merchandising and marketing initiatives to enhance the dining experience
• Hire, coach, mentor, and develop team members for long-term success
• Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Maintain Creative Dining Services' high standards for hospitality and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a desire to make a difference through food service.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred
• In lieu of a degree, at least 10 years of successful management experience
• Experience leading teams in food service, hospitality, or dining operations
• Strong financial management and budgeting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience training and developing employees
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business systems
• ServSafe Certification (required)
• Allergen Certification (required)
