Creative Dining is hiring immediately for a full-time Caterer. 

• Location: 3201 Burton St SE Grand Rapids, MI 49546
• Schedule: Full time schedule. Must be available to work mornings, mid-day, evenings and weekends
• Requirement: 1-2 years of experience required.
• Pay Range: $16-$18

Job Summary 

Catering staff works with the Catering Manager to manage the setup, service, and cleanup of events, while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining professionalism. 

Essential Functions/Responsibilities 

• Event Setup & Cleanup: Sets up event spaces according to the BEO (Banquet Event Order) and floor plans, including tables, chairs, linens, and buffet or service stations
• Guest Interaction: Engage with guests at events, ensuring service excellence.
• Equipment Management: Ensure dishes, utensils, and equipment are clean and properly stored.
• Customer Feedback: Report guest feedback to the supervisor, both positive and negative.
• Inventory Support: Assist with inventories and report maintenance needs or supply shortages.
• Deliveries & Off-Site Operations: Assists with loading and unloading vehicles for campus deliveries and ensures timely setup at a variety ocampus locations
• Additional Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor and/or manager
