Creative Dining Services is looking for some part-time Barista/Retail Associates to join our dining services team on the Warner University campus in Lake Wales, FL. As a Barista/Retail Associate, you will assist the retail dining services operation making beverages with high guest interaction. You'll also work as a partner with the Retail Supervisor and Retail Manager, assisting with any aspect of the dining services program necessary.

**Both day and night positions are available @ $15.00/hour**

Barista & Cashier experience is a plus!

Core Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages/food items ensuring quality, consistency, and food safety compliance.
• Operate cash register and point-of-sale system, accurately processing cash, credit, and mobile transactions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, making product recommendations, and creating a welcoming environment.
• Maintain high-volume guest interactions with professionalism and efficiency, resolving customer concerns and ensuring a positive experience during busy periods.
• Stock, organize, and replenish inventory including beverages, food products, supplies, and retail merchandise to support daily operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the space, including dining areas, workstations, equipment, and service counters.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations, efficient order fulfillment, and strong customer satisfaction.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Cashier & Retail sales experience
• Barista experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
