The Role
This position supports our Project Managers and plays a key role in keeping commercial flooring projects organized, documented, and moving forward. You’ll help manage project details, purchasing, documentation, and communication from start to finish.
What You’ll Own
- Preparing estimates and organizing job files
- Entering project details and coordinating material purchases
- Managing preliminary notices, COIs, and project documentation
- Tracking change orders and project updates
- Creating spreadsheets and reports to support active projects
- Communicating ETAs and material logs to customers
- Supporting Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of construction experience (flooring preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working with multiple projects at once
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience with QuickBooks, Job Runner, or Spec Intel is a plus
- Purchasing experience is a bonus
