Dental Treatment Coordinator

We are a busy and growing dental practice looking for an experienced Dental Treatment coordinator to join our team. Our ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and has a passion for providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Check in and out patients with amazing customer service
• Maintaining an organized working environment.
• Explaining to the patients the treatment options including the price associated with those options.
• Collaborate with critical care and acute care teams to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
• Assist with financial management tasks, such as budgeting, billing, and expense tracking.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure the confidentiality of patient information.
• Scheduling patient appointments and verifying new patient information, including checking in patients, collecting payments from patients, and updating patients' information on our records.
• Communicating with patients regarding their appointments or any changes to their appointments.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience with PPO, HMO & Dentical
• 2-5 years of experience in Treatment Planning.
• Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
