About the Role
Creative Countertops is expanding our installation team and seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Countertop Installer to join our growing operation. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and essential to delivering the high-quality workmanship our customers expect. You’ll work directly with our Install Manager and fabrication team to ensure every job is completed safely, professionally, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Install quartz, granite, solid surface, and laminate countertops in residential and commercial settings
- Load, unload, and secure materials and tools for daily routes
- Perform on-site adjustments, polishing, and minor fabrication as needed
- Communicate professionally with customers and contractors
- Follow all safety protocols, including crystalline silica procedures
- Maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment
- Document job details, measurements, and service notes using company forms/tablets
- Work collaboratively with lead installers and support team members
Qualifications
- Experience in countertop installation, construction, cabinetry, or related trades preferred
- Ability to lift 75–100 lbs repeatedly
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in homes, job sites, and commercial environments
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
