Job Title: Personal Attendant Caregiver
Job Summary: Providing and encouraging socialization, encouraging a mild exercise program, encouraging medication compliance through timely reminders to take medications, supervising the safety of the patient/client when cooking, bathing, toileting, and dressing, and assisting with grocery-shopping; and performing light housekeeping chores.
Job Purpose: This Entry Level Non-Medical Caregiver is considered a Personal Attendant under Wage Order 15. The PAC will work in the client’s place or residence. Here at Creative Concepts Living Services, Inc. we are dedicated to improving the lives of adults with developmental disabilities and providing the support and living skills that our clients need to transition living on their own.

Job Requirements & Responsibilities:
Dependable transportation, valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and insurance required in order to transport clients within their community.
Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in meeting the needs of clients
Applicant must have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and families.
Maintains confidentiality of all client information, in accordance with HIPAA standards.
Notifies management of any abnormal findings or conditions
Adheres to Personal Attendant Caregiver standards and procedures of the Company
Arrives at the client’s home on time and leaves when shift schedule has been completed.
Provides one-on-one care to clients with different developmental disabilities
Documentation:
Must maintain detailed paperwork like medication logs, daily assessments of their progress, and daily case notes.
Follows the clients care plan and documents progress
Qualifications: High school diploma (or equivalent) or degree
Salary and Benefits: Salary starting at $23.00 Working hours requirements: ***Weekday Overnights Immediate Openings***
