Caregiver- Every Other Weekend 1st shift

Wage:

Direct care weekend hours with pilot weekend incentive wage is $18.50/hour

Schedule:

Position #1: every other weekend 6am-2pm (State Licensed AFH)

Position #2: every other weekend 8am-3pm (Community Supported Living program)

We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals receiving services in our state-licensed Adult Family Homes and Community Supported Living Program. We welcome individuals who are passionate about helping others and creating positive outcomes for those they support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration and/or reminders.
• Provide emotional support, encouragement, and companionship.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive living environment.
• Assist with mobility needs and lifting when necessary.
• Support individuals with developmental disabilities in a respectful, person-centered manner.
• Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for those receiving services.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must successfully complete a Caregiver Background Check.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a commitment to providing quality care.

Pay: Up to $18.50 per hour
