Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Creative Communications is a behavioral health clinic providing full-time, in-center and home-based Applied Behavior Analysis treatment to children with autism. CCABA primarily accepts clients ages 3-12 and who have an autism spectrum disorder diagnosis. CCAB is a small agency that strives to provide quality services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis or related field (required)
• BCBA license from BCAB (Required)
• Licensure in Illinois
• 3 years of ABA experience
• Document and provide required supervision hours of staff and clients
• Ability to de-escalate clients and confidently direct staff in crisis situations to ensure staff and client safety
• Monitor data via Central Reach Essentials
• Track progress of clients and provide support to BT/RBT’s as needed.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness & organization
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Maintain excellent documentation of client interactions, staff interactions, etc.
• Provide corrective feedback to employees both verbally and written
• Substitute for absent staff when needed
• Conduct employee performance reviews
• Oversee 6-8 BTs
• Collaborate with other doctors/therapists/specialists for clients by attending necessary appointments and meetings
• Organize and maintain client records
• Work alongside our Clinical Director and provide any needed information in a timely manner
• Attend team and school meetings when necessary
• Lead parent trainings and team meetings
• 24 billable hours per week
• 10-99 or W2
