As an Entry Level Assistant Manager with Creative Collaborations, you will be responsible for providing a positive and insightful experience for all clients. Entry Level Assistant Manager includes offering hands-on customer service, consultative sales support, and consistent communication before, during, and after point of sales. Entry Level Assistant Manager will take ownership of a portfolio of client accounts, managing interactions and records every step of the way to ensure seamless customer experiences that create lasting brand impressions. Entry Level Assistant Managers will utilize their strong problem-solving, sales, and communication abilities to expand our client service and marketing efforts.
Entry Level Assistant Manager Requirements:
- Ability to assess customer needs through active listening and face-to-face client engagement
- Build and maintain client relationships by utilizing a direct and needs-based sales approach
- Review new and existing service plans, demonstrating expert knowledge of products and services in order to offer tailored service solutions
- Accurately record all client interactions, keeping a detailed report of client inquiries, questions, complaints, and feedback
- Entry Level Assistant Manager assist clients throughout their installation process and beyond the point of sales to ensure long term customer satisfaction and retention
