Independent Contractor – Turnover Cleaner
We are looking for skilled and reliable cleaners to complete turnover cleanings for rental units, apartments, and mobile homes. This is 1099 independent contractor work with flexible scheduling. Duties include full clean of kitchens, bathrooms, floors, appliances, removing trash, and preparing units for new tenants. Must have reliable transportation, basic cleaning supplies, and the ability to work independently. Pay issued per job.
