Our large healthcare client is looking for a UX Production Designer to work a 12-month, fully remote assignment (40 hrs/week).

As a Production Designer on our Design Foundations team, you'll ensure design details transition smoothly through development. You'll collaborate with product designers, managers, and engineers to maintain consistency and quality across our products.

As a Production Designer on our Design Foundations team, you'll ensure design details transition smoothly through development. You'll collaborate with product designers, managers, and engineers to maintain consistency and quality across our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide detailed design specs and support developer handoffs
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define design details for a consistent UX
- Review design concepts for component usage and create production-ready documentation
- Contribute to and refine the ADC Design System, UX guidelines, and processes
- Maintain Figma files, component libraries, and handoff documentation
- Strong foundation in design principles and technical implementation
- Expert in Figma (file management, components, collaboration)
- Experience maintaining and evolving design systems
- Excellent communication and proactive problem-solving skills
- Passion for user-centered design and high-quality experiences
