UX Designer

Our retail ecommerce client is looking for a hands-on UX Designer with QA experience to join their team at 40 hours/week! 

Client will prioritize candidates who can come onsite 2 days/week (including Wednesdays) in Corte Madera. 

Projects: 
- Primary need is to support QA for the UX team 
- Taking lead from team on competitive research, building out for web and mobile wireframes in Figma, applying design edits and ensuring designs meet specs for execution 
- Spending ~15% of time on visual designs 
- Helping map ecommerce user journeys from ideation to final execution 
- Developing content-focused, cohesive designs with easy-to-navigate functionality 
- Parsing Components in Figma for streamlining updates; one change in one place so updates everywhere 
- Maximizing efficiencies and developing files in Figma 
- Track feedback for projects, ensuing it's addressed in timely manner and working in tandem with PM 
-Working in a fast paced, agile environment where priorities consistently evolve and are reestablished weekly 

Skills: 
- 3 years of creating B2C UX/UI designs in Figma from ideation to final execution within an agile environment for a world-class brand 
- Portfolio must include organized products from start to finish, including wireframing, UX/UI processes, and explicitly highlight specific contributions in past work 
- Understanding how product affects customer's/client's entire journey and experience 
- Any Luxury experience is a major plus!
