Position Overview
The Senior Experiential Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics and layouts for various marketing materials, presentations, and digital platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles and the ability to communicate ideas effectively through visual means.
This is a Hybrid role requiring candidates be in the office on their first day and as business needs require.
Candidates need to reside in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Cleveland, Dallas, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, Portland, St. Louis to be considered.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and designs for marketing materials, including brochures, banners, and digital graphics.
- Create visually engaging presentations for internal and external stakeholders using PowerPoint.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality graphics that meet project goals.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on design trends and technology to continually enhance creative output.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio of work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- MUST HAVE experience designing within PowerPoint
- MUST HAVE experience in Print Design
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with different teams.
- Experience presenting and working with high level Clients and C-Suite
- Experience mentoring junior designers
- Experience working B2B, Corporate events
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visuals.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
