- Ideally, you will have NetSuite experience.***
- Analyze inventory data to determine the root cause of issues and collaboratively address them with key cross-functional partners
- Execute and monitor inventory transactions within NetSuite to ensure they are completed in a timely manner
- Assist with inventory PO tracking, reporting, receiving and work order workflows in NetSuite
- Track inventory levels of finished goods, components, WIP and raw materials to ensure they stay within planned levels. Monitor expiration and shelf-life requirements as it applies
- Daily reporting coverage for Tiktok Shop, SLA/backlog updates or other eComm fulfillment issues that need to be flagged to the internal teams.
- 3 years of experience in a supply planning role, ideally in a manufacturing or supplier environment within the CPG industry
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual-thinking skills
- Advanced proficiency in various databases and systems, in particular, NetSuite and Looker, to be considered.
- In depth understanding of setting safety stock levels and other key parameters for Finished Goods and components
- Advanced user of Excel, BI and reporting tools
- Advanced user in Netsuite and Looker
- Production life cycle management
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
- Excellent technical and communication skills
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
- Competency using Microsoft Office Suite, Netsuite, PLM systems
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
