Our client, a product company for pets, is currently seeking a Growth / Lifecycle Marketing Manager with subscription or loyalty experience to join their team! This is a fully remote positon, working East Coast hours, and you must have your own laptop!
This Freelance position starts on December 8th, 40 hours per week. There is an opportunity to convert to a fulltime employee for the right candidate.
As the Growth LCM Manager, you will lead strategies to drive new subscriber acquisition across Email, SMS, and Referral channels. This role requires a performance-driven marketer who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver measurable growth.

As the Growth LCM Manager, you will lead strategies to drive new subscriber acquisition across Email, SMS, and Referral channels. This role requires a performance-driven marketer who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver measurable growth.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end strategy and optimization for Email, SMS, and Refer-a-Friend campaigns
- Scheduling email campaign roll-outs
- Build and scale automated lifecycle journeys (welcome, conversion, reactivation, churn winback)
- Develop and execute an experimentation roadmap (A/B, multivariate, segmentation, channel mix)
- Serve as SME on segmentation, targeting, and contact strategies for prospects and churned customers
- Partner with Creative, Product, and Data teams to deliver high-performing messaging and UX
- Report on KPIs with actionable insights
- BA/BS in Marketing or Business Analytics preferred
- 4-6 years in CRM, lifecycle, or growth marketing (subscription experience strongly preferred)
- Expertise with CRM platforms (Klaviyo, Iterable, Braze) and data-driven audience logic
- Proven success driving revenue through Email and SMS
- Strong analytical skills and experience in experiment design
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- HTML/CSS familiarity a plus
