Digital Designer

Our client is looking for a forward-thinking Digital Designer who blends strong visual design skills with a deep interest in AI-powered creative workflows. This role is ideal for a strategic designer who can move quickly from concept to execution while using modern tools to scale ideas, improve efficiency, and elevate quality. 

You'll help shape creative across campaigns, digital channels, events, and brand experiences; bringing both craft and innovation to everything you touch.  

Responsibilities: 
-Design high-quality assets across digital, social, web, campaigns, and events 
-Translate creative strategy into compelling, on-brand visuals 
-Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, production, iteration, and experimentation 
-Extend and maintain design systems for consistent, scalable execution 
-Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and cross-functional partners 
-Continuously test, refine, and optimize creative for performance and impact 

Qualifications: 
-3 years of experience in brand, visual, or campaign design 
-Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, execution, and adaptability 
-Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite 
-Hands-on experience using AI tools in design, motion, or content workflows 
-Curiosity, experimentation mindset, and comfort learning new technologies 
-High attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and strategically

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
