We have partnered with a company that encompasses 14 home and lifestyle brands who is seeking a Senior Creative Director of Digital Marketing to join their team. This is an onsite, full time opportunity where the ideal candidate will come from a strong social media/digital marketing background.

We are looking for someone who is strategic, visionary, and hands-on leader focused on the evolution of their digital and social marketing brand content. This role is responsible for leading the creative development, brand consistency, and innovation behind all digital marketing and social content campaigns experiences for our brand. You will lead a small design team to build compelling narratives that engage, inspire, and grow our digital and social media communities. The Senior Creative Director Digital Marketing will work closely with cross-functional teams and agencies to deliver data-informed design solutions that drive engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead creative direction for all digital and social media content across platforms (Meta, TikTok, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
  • Develop and execute social-first campaigns that align with brand identity and marketing goals
  • Manage and mentor a team of social designers, copywriters, and content creators
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Brand, Product, and Social Media agencies
  • Proactively test, and iterate on design solutions to improve KPIs and conversion.
  • Manage a small team through multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products and platforms
  • Inspire, manage, and grow a high-performing team of Digital Designers, UI/UX Designers, and Copywriters
  • Maintain and ensure consistency of tone, style, and messaging across all social touchpoints
  • Source and collaborate with influencers, photographers, and external creators
  • Stay ahead of cultural, design, and platform trends to keep content fresh and relevant
  • Oversee content calendars, campaign timelines, and asset production

Qualifications

  • 10 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of Digital and Social design projects
  • 5 years experience in creative direction, digital content, or social media leadership roles
  • A portfolio that demonstrates deep experience in brand-led social media design across multiple content platforms
  • Deep knowledge of Social Media strategies and visual design principles
  • Proven track record of creating viral or high-performing content
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or similar
  • Ability to work across multiple projects, managing timelines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively

After 60 days and to begin the first of the month, you will be eligible for company-provided life medical, dental, voluntary benefits and 401K. You will earn and accrue one week of vacation upon hire for the first two years. Two weeks' vacation effective third year of hire.
