*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated Lead Teacher to join our team. As a Lead Teacher, you will play a crucial role in supporting the education and development of students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher.
*Responsibilities*
- Plan and implement lesson plans
- Maintain a safe and positive learning environment for students
- Manage classroom behavior and ensure a productive learning atmosphere
- Provide instruction, encourage student participation, and facilitate learning activities
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support student success
*Experience*
- Experience working with students or children is preferred
- Knowledge of classroom management techniques
- Familiarity with curriculum development and educational best practices
- Background in early childhood education or childcare is a plus
- Understanding of childhood development principles
- Prior experience in an educational setting or working with children is beneficial
- Knowledge of Montessori or other educational methodologies is advantageous
