Creative Change Counseling Inc. (CCC) is an outpatient facility offering mental health and substance abuse treatment services. CCC operates multiple locations in Delran, Lumberton, and Hamilton, NJ, as well as locations in DE and NC. We provide individual therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, as well as family and couples therapy. Our substance abuse services include adult PHP/IOP/OP and adolescent IOP/OP programs, offering group therapy, individual therapy, family therapy, psychiatric evaluations, and more. CCC is also the home of “The Spot” Teen Success and Recreation Center in Hamilton and Mount Laurel, NJ and the Mercer Peer Recovery Program. We accept most major insurance, including NJ Medicare and Medicaid.
Role Description
This is a hybrid per diem role for a Licensed Mental Health Therapists located in Hanilton, Delran, Lumberton, NJ. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide individual, family, and group therapy to clients, conduct psychiatric evaluations, and offer case management services. They will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans, provide crisis intervention, and monitor the progress of clients. The clinician will also liaise with community resources and participate in community outreach activities.
Qualifications

- Mental Health and Behavioral Health knowledge
- Case Management expertise
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure as LCSW, LMFT, LSW, LAC, LPC
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice
- Previous experience in an outpatient or community-based setting is a plus
