Client Services Associate Position Description
I. POSITION PURPOSE
Provide direct support to advisors and clients by creating performance reports, custodial forms, scheduling annual client meetings, as well as supporting the head of client service in a variety of client related functions.
II. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Preparing for client annual review meetings: scheduling all client review meetings, preparing performance reports, Schwab forms for each meeting.
· Meeting follow up for any client service needs that arise from the meeting.
· Supporting the client service operation in preparing a wide variety of forms that might be needed upon short notice.
· Prepare IRA beneficiary reports and update beneficiaries as needed.
· Process all client tax returns upon receipt and sync data with Salesforce and add to Holistiplan as requested.
· Rollout access to new clients for CCMI’s client document vault and performance portal.
· Support advisors in preparing investment proposals.
· Learn Salesforce/XLR8 to help create client data sets for various events and reports.
· Support the tax planning and quarterly reporting process for investment clients.
· Reports directly to the Client Services Manager.
