JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled, full-time Warehouse Services Technician to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate
with our Furniture Coordination, Field Operations, and Installation teams to receive, organize, stage, and distribute commercial furniture and related materials. Responsibilities include maintaining an efficient and organized warehouse, preparing products for installation, supporting receiving and inventory activities, operating warehouse equipment, and assisting with deliveries, jobsite support, and day-to-day warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to ensuring projects are completed accurately and on schedule.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Receive, inspect, organize, and distribute incoming furniture, materials, and supplies.
- Load, unload, stage, and prepare products for installation projects.
- Maintain warehouse organization, inventory, and storage areas.
- Operate forklifts, warehouse equipment, and company vehicles safely.
- Support installation teams with deliveries, jobsite logistics, product movement, and cleanup.
- Perform general warehouse, facility, and equipment maintenance tasks.
- Maintain a safe work environment and follow company procedures.
- Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift 50–100 lbs. regularly.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated.
- Professional attitude and strong customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
- Commercial furniture, warehouse, delivery, logistics, or construction experience preferred.
- Forklift certification and knowledge of commercial furniture products/installations preferred.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment, or willingness to obtain certification.
- Ability to drive company vehicles.
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.
- Ability to learn company software, warehouse processes, and inventory systems.
- Ability to read packing slips, shipping documents, and product information.
- Ability to follow directions, take initiative, and maintain safe work practices.
