• Provide supervision and technical leadership on all aspects of jobsite
• Establish and develop professional relationships with onsite staff
• Provide leadership to entire team on job
• Work closely with Project Manager and Subcontractors to ensure job remains on schedule and complies with plans, specifications, and company quality standards
• Oversees all aspects of safety on jobsite
• Communicate with owner, senior management, architect and design professionals
• Lead daily inspections of the site to ensure all quality standards are being met
• Keep data in project management software up to date
• Maintain documentation

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project)
• Minimum 5 years ground up experience as Superintendent on multifamily projects
• Strong knowledge of building components including foundation and structural systems, exterior wall systems, interior finishes and HVAC
