Summary
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Creative Behavioral Consultants, Inc. This role is essential in providing behavioral interventions that enhance communication skills and reduce challenging behaviors in children. You will play a vital role in improving the lives of children with special needs. We are an in-network provider for private/commercial insurance, Medi-Cal providers, and NLACRC. This is not a telehealth-only position.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans using ABA techniques.
- Implement behavior modification strategies to decrease challenging behaviors and increase positive behaviors.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for each child.
- Provide training and support to staff on ABA principles and practices.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Requirements
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is essential.
- Strong data collection and analysis skills are necessary for tracking progress.
- Knowledge of medical documentation practices and HIPAA regulations is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with families and team members.
- Spanish bilingual preferred (not required).
