This role will utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) software to process, track, and maintain accurate records while performing data entry and ensuring attention to detail when verifying shipment information, labels, and documentation. The position involves communicating with clients and customers via phone and email regarding deliveries, billing, and invoices, as well as scheduling appointments and coordinating with internal teams.
