What You Will Do
As a Lead installer, you will play a key role in delivering clean, professional installations. You will lead smaller crews and job sites and be involved in a wide range of hands-on tasks, including:
- Leading technicians and managing on-site installations
- Installing home theater and surround sound systems
- Running commercial AV installations
- Installing and programming camera systems and NVRs
- Setting up and programming Control4 smart home systems
- Installing structured wiring, racks, and patch panels
- Setting up outdoor audio and video systems
- Programming universal remotes (Control4 URC, etc.)
- Security system installations (alarm panels, sensors, etc.)
- Handling basic to intermediate networking (routers, switches, access points)

This is not an entry-level position. We are seeking someone with proven field experience who is confident leading projects and solving problems in the field. Candidates should have:
- 4 years of Audio/Video or Low Voltage experience
- Solid understanding of both Residential and Commercial system design
- Proficiency in computer networking and IP-based systems
- A clean background check and valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation and your own tools
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
