What You Will Do:
As the Logistics Manager, you'll lead the charge in managing both the Fulfillment and Receiving functions. You'll oversee the day-to-day shipping and receiving operations, ensuring goods move accurately and efficiently while maintaining full compliance with safety and quality standards. You’ll manage people, processes, and performance—keeping inventory tight, orders on time, and your team engaged.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee outbound order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and shipping with GMP compliance
- Manage the receiving process for raw materials and finished goods—ensuring quality, traceability, and inventory accuracy
- Track KPIs (on-time delivery, picking accuracy, cost per order) and implement process improvements
- Lead and develop a high-performing team through training, coaching, and performance management
- Maintain compliance with international shipping regulations, hazardous materials protocols, and workplace safety standards
- Partner with procurement, QA, IT, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations and support product launches
Who You Are
You’re a strategic, hands-on logistics leader with a passion for process improvement and team development. You understand the balance between speed and accuracy, and you thrive in environments where compliance, quality, and customer service are top priorities. You're comfortable navigating regulated settings and can bring structure and scalability to growing operations.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain management, ideally in a GMP or regulated environment
- Proven track record of leading warehouse teams and driving performance improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or equivalent experience
- Experience with WMS, ERP systems (such as Oracle or NetSuite), and logistics software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
- Bonus: experience handling health products, supplements, or biometrics
