The job
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Manager to serve as the primary communication bridge between our clients and internal teams. This role ensures smooth information flow, alignment on priorities, and clear direction for project execution. The Account Manager will focus on managing requests, gathering client inputs, and translating them into actionable tasks for our internal teams.
Responsibilities
Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams.
Request and collect necessary information, assets, and approvals from clients.
Provide clear direction and actionable guidance to internal teams based on client needs.
Set and manage internal task priorities in alignment with client expectations and deadlines.
Ensure that all stakeholders are informed of project progress, changes, and next steps.
Monitor timelines and deliverables to help keep projects on track.
Identify and escalate potential risks, bottlenecks, or misalignments early.
Qualifications
Proven experience in account management, project coordination, or a similar client-facing role.
Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to translate client requests into clear action plans.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Experience with paid social channels, including Meta, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn
