Duties
- Assist with demolition, preparation, and cleanup of remodeling sites to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to perform tasks such as plumbing, electrical, framing, drywall installation, flooring, and finishing.
- Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project specifications.
- Install or repair components including bath inserts, tubs, diverters, cabinetry, trim carpentry, doors, tile.
- Support the installation of plumbing and electrical systems under supervision or as directed by senior team members.
- Perform thinset work and other specialized tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in remodeling projects is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools.
- Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics.
- Skills in carpentry (frame carpentry, trim carpentry), flooring installation (tile laying), and other trades such as plastering or soldering are a plus.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while working efficiently in a team environment.
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and perform manual labor for extended periods.
