Senior Account Executive –Commercial Audiovisual SystemsLocation: Concord, California (Hybrid/On-site)Compensation: Competitive Base Salary Uncapped Commission (Expected OTE $150K–$250K )Annual Sales Target: $3.5M in AV products and servicesAbout the RoleCreation Networks is seeking a driven and technically savvy Senior Account Executive to drive and grow our Commercial Enterprise accounts in the Bay Area and beyond. This is a hunter role for someone who thrives on building long-term relationships, crafting winning solutions, and consistently hitting (and exceeding) multimillion-dollar quotas.You’ll be the face of the company to end-users, consultants, and contractors—consulting on collaboration spaces, presenting cutting-edge AV/VTC technology, writing scopes of work, and delivering profitable design-build projects from concept through handover.Key ResponsibilitiesProspect, qualify, and close new business while expanding existing accountsDeliver accurate forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM updates (we run on HubSpot)Respond to RFPs/RFQs, perform site walks, and create detailed, competitive proposals (BOMs, SOWs, narratives, pricing)Consultatively identify customer needs for meeting rooms, auditoriums, control rooms, digital signage, and unified communicationsCross-sell and upsell the full portfolio (Crestron, Extron, QSC, Biamp, Cisco, Poly, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.)Meet or exceed monthly gross profit quotas and the annual $3.5M sales targetPartner with our Design/Engineering and Operations teams for seamless project handoff and client satisfactionRepresent Creation Networks at trade shows, vendor lunch & learns, and industry eventsDevelop and execute a territory business plan with targeted email/social campaigns and prospecting toolsRequirementsMust have 5 year’s experience in Commercial Audiovisual salesProven track record in direct AV, VTC, UC, or IT solutions salesConsultative selling style with exceptional discovery and presentation skillsStrong proposal-writing experience (SOWs, BOMs, pricing strategy)Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; experience with CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) a plusExcellent verbal and written communication—able to interact confidently with executives, IT directors, and facilities teamsSelf-motivated, organized, and able to juggle multiple opportunities and deadlinesWilling and able to travel within Northern California and occasionally nationally (≈25%)Ability to occasionally lift and move equipment up to 80 lbs for demos and site visitsPreferred Qualifications5 years’ experience of direct selling in the AV/integration/IT/Technology industries sales experienceProfessional certifications CTS, CTS-D, Crestron, Dante, Poly, Extron or manufacturer certificationsExisting relationships with end-users, architects, GCs, or consultants in the Bay AreaAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related technical fieldWhat We OfferBase salary aggressive uncapped commission planFull health, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with company matchPTO paid holidaysCompany-paid training, certifications, and conference attendanceFun, collaborative growth-focused environment with regular events and mentorshipCreation Networks, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
