Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Dental Insurance Receptionist to join our vibrant dental practice. We are a Pediatric/Orthodontic Dental Specialty practice seeking a responsible personnel with dental insurance/billing experience. Must be enthusiastic, motivated, punctual, responsible, and have great communication skills. Basic computer skills are required for our all-digital paperless office. 4 weekdays plus one half day Saturday once a month. (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 8:30am-6pm, Sat 8am -2pm if needed)
MUST submit resume with references. We are located in West Orange, NJ near the Turtle Back Zoo.
Compensation based on experience in dental field.

Duties
- Greet patients warmly and provide outstanding customer service at the front desk, managing multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Verify dental insurance coverage, benefits, and eligibility using Open Dental
- Conduct insurance verification and authorization processes to ensure accurate billing and care plans
- Assist with office management duties such as scheduling appointments, updating patient information, and supporting clinic operations
