.We are looking for compassionate, motivated Direct Care Staff who are ready to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
We have a variety of positions available and are seeking both male and female staff to join our growing team!
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and positive environment for the individuals we serve
- Provide individualized care and direct support based on each person’s Individual Service Plan
- Assist with daily living activities and essential care tasks
- Monitor and document behaviors and progress
- Respond appropriately and confidently in crisis situations
