You have at least 5 years of experience in coaching, training, or leadership. You’re comfortable leading and working one-on-one and are happy to work autonomously.

Responsibilities Include
Implement strategic recruitment initiatives to identify top talent
- Conduct professional interviews using structured scripts and digital platforms
- Leverage social media and digital marketing to generate high-quality leads
- Guide candidates through the onboarding process with professionalism and care
- Collaborate with a dynamic global team across various time zones
- Engage in ongoing personal and professional development
- Provide 1 on 1 coaching/mentoring to team members, usually delivered online via zoom, inspiring them to reach their full potential.
- Actively contribute to our growing global community.
