Available Shifts:
- NOC Shift; 12:00am - 8:00am
- PM Shift: 4:00pm - 12:00am
Requirements for Creating a Legacy, Inc.
- Weekends REQUIRED
- Holidays REQUIRED
- Valid CA Driver's License REQUIRED
Position Overview:
- Properly Empty, Clean, Disinfect, and Conceal Colostomy bag Multiple times a day, or when needed.
- Assisting client with their daily grooming, shower, or sponge bath.
- Properly change adult diapers multiple times a day, or when needed to prevent infection and rashes.
- Proper lifting and transitioning client from bed to wheelchair, from wheelchair back to bed, with use of Hoyer Lift.
- Assisting in feeding client, (by cutting their food and spoon feeding if needed).
- Follow Infection Control Policies.
- Routine Housekeeping, monitoring, and Clerical Tasks.
