π― The Role
As a Content Coach, you're the front-line general of your creator campaigns. You lead a roster of 40β70 creators per brand, driving content velocity, building genuine creator culture, and making sure every creator believes β deeply β in the brand they're repping.
You're not managing people from a distance. You're in the trenches with them: hosting weekly phase calls, reviewing content daily, spotting trends before they explode, and creating a community so energized that creators post because they want to β not because they have to.
Your two core jobs:

β Replicate what's proven to work β at scale and with volume

β’ Build and manage campaign briefs with viral angles, product direction & customer psych breakdowns
β’ Keep brand Discord channels active and buzzing 24/7 β culture is built in the chats
β’ Partner with your pod's Media Buyer to leverage ad spend data as insider intel for creators
β’ Drive week-one campaign velocity (target: 3x the weekly deliverable requirement)
β’ Monitor creator performance and proactively course-correct before issues surface
β’ Onboard new creators fast with clarity, FOMO, and genuine excitement
