Job Summary and Mission
This position contributes to Terre Coffee’s success by providing excellent service to all customers. This job creates the experience for our customers by providing them with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment. Models and acts in accordance with Terre Coffee guiding principles.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Terre.
- Anticipates guest and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and guests for cues.
- Delivers legendary guest service to all guests by acting with a guest comes first attitude and connecting with the guest.
- Maintains a clean and organized workspace so that team members can locate resources and product as needed.
- Provides quality beverages and bakery products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
We are currently only accepting applications of people who are available to work Sundays.

Terre has intentionally created spaces where people can gather, connect, study Scripture, discuss sermons, and build meaningful relationships. Many of our guests visit before church, after church, or for Bible studies and fellowship throughout the week.
Because of this, our baristas are required to be available 3 Sunday's/month
Pay: $9.00 - $16.00 per hour
